Flame Tubes

Flame Tubes function as Flame Guiding within Radiant Tubes for indirect heating and this ensure a homogeneous heating of the system. Due to the excellent material properties we warrant with our grades RBSiC (silicon-infiltrated, reaction-bonded silicon carbide) up to 1.380°C and NSiC (silicon nitride- bonded silicon carbide) from > 1.380°C up to 1.470°C an optimum long-term quality performance as well as degree of efficiency.

Apart from that we can offer our class-leading 3D-printed IntrinSiC® for complex geometries. This innovative manufacturing technology allows for the very first-time for the grade RBSiC a degree of complexity (i.e. spiral contours) which were not feasible so far using conventional forming technologies. Cost-intensive NREC (i.e. for patterns and moulds) don`t occur.
