Since the early 1980s, Schunk Xycarb Technologys is setting the industry benchmark in Silicon Carbide coated (SiC) Graphite and Quartz for thin-film applications. Schunk Xycarb Technology uses state-of-the-art, in-house CVD processes to produce SiC coating that is leading in the industry in purity and in uniform layer deposition.
Schunk Xycarb Technology can provide a large variety coating thickness ranging from from ‘tens of μ’ of to ‘thousands of μ’. Our capability in part dimensions range from size 0,02 to 1.3 meter.
