Manolopoulos, Managing Director of Weiss Technik and member of the Schunk Group's Executive Board, put it in a nutshell.
With this perspective in mind, the management of Weiss Technik took a whole day for the topic of digitalization as part of its Summer Workshop. At this Digital Day, they not only worked together on Weiss Technik's digital strategy, but also absorbed external impulses.
For example, Eva Mettenmeier, Managing Director of the incubator Maschinenraum of the Viessmann Group, made clear in her keynote speech how important the factors of change management and communication are in order to successfully advance digitization in the company.
